Rethinking Methane from Animal Agriculture with Dr. Frank Mitloehner

Join us for dinner and a cutting-edge discussion on how we measure methane emissions, Green House Gases and the importance of ruminants within the carbon loop.

Celebrated global expert Dr Frank Mitloehner has done the maths on the livestock industry’s contribution to climate change. He is a professor in the Department of Animal Science at the University of California, Davis, specializing in measurement and mitigation of airborne pollutants from livestock production. Dr. Mitloehner joins us for a closer look at the claims against agriculture and what he says is the truth behind cattle production and climate change.

We will also hear from Cam Nicholson, Consultant/Director of Nicon Rural Services, and Paul Tyson, Regional Climate Adaptation Lead, Dairy Australia.
